Our Services
Planting Hope provides personalized outpatient substance use treatment for individuals seeking support for substance use, addiction, and recovery. Our services are designed to meet you where you are and may include screening, substance use assessments, individual counseling, group counseling, recovery support, and skill-building to support lasting change.
If you’re feeling like you need help but aren’t sure where to start—or you’re not yet sure what type of treatment or support is right for you—you have a place here. You don’t need to have everything figured out before taking the first step. Together, we’ll explore where you are, what you need, and what moving forward can look like.
Sometimes, you just need a little hope—and the right place to begin.

Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all—and neither is the support you deserve.
Individual counseling at Planting Hope offers a private, supportive space to talk one-on-one with a counselor who specializes in substance use, addiction, and recovery. This is a place to be honest about where you are, what you’re struggling with, and where you hope to go—without judgment and without feeling like you have to explain what addiction is like.
Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you. Services are individualized and may include building healthy coping skills, understanding patterns and triggers, relapse prevention planning, navigating relationships and family challenges, strengthening emotional wellness, and developing practical tools for lasting recovery. Sessions may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies and practical exercises to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
Whether you’re just beginning your recovery journey, working to maintain sobriety, questioning your relationship with substances, or finding your way after a setback, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
You bring your story. We’ll help you discover what comes next.

Recovery doesn’t have to happen alone. Connection can be a powerful part of healing, and sometimes one of the most meaningful things we discover is that we’re not the only ones who understand what this journey feels like.
At Planting Hope, our groups provide a welcoming space to connect, learn, grow, and build practical skills for recovery. With years of experience facilitating substance use treatment groups, I create engaging groups that combine meaningful conversation, evidence-based approaches, and real-life recovery tools.
Groups may incorporate CBT-based skills, Seeking Safety, relapse prevention, cognitive restructuring, and other approaches designed to help you navigate life in recovery.
Current Group Offerings May Include:
• Relapse Prevention & Recovery Skills
• Early Recovery Support
• Emotional Wellness & Coping Skills
• Family Recovery EducationJust as a seed needs the right environment to grow, recovery can be strengthened through connection, support, and new skills. Sometimes, you just need a little hope—and a place to begin.

Comprehensive substance use assessments are provided to identify substance use disorders, establish appropriate diagnoses using DSM-5 criteria, and understand each individual’s unique treatment needs. ASAM criteria are used to help determine the appropriate level of care and guide recommendations for treatment, recovery support, and next steps. Driver safety assessments may also be available for individuals requiring an assessment related to substance use.
